Our first house was built by Talak Constructions and I have spent my entire childhood there. Some of the new projects are built in prime and developing locations and are overall very good from investment point of view as well. Kamat, and hence I ventured into booking the flat in Amaral apartments because the Talak family is well rooted and known in Margao, even though it was their first project ever.
